Everything in this store is made to order by Valor Thread Co. in Sumner, Washington: each piece is printed or embroidered for you after you order it. That is why the policy below reads the way it does.
Shipping
Allow 5–7 business days for us to make your order, then 2–5 business days in transit. Orders ship from Sumner, Washington to addresses in the United States with tracking; the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. You will get a shipping confirmation with the tracking number by email.
Returns and exchanges
Because every item is produced for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for size or colour choices. Please check the garment brand and sizing in the product description before ordering.
Defective, damaged or wrong items. If something arrives misprinted, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, email sales@valorthreadcompany.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We remake the item at no cost, or refund it if we cannot. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts. Email sales@valorthreadcompany.com with your order number. After that the order is in production and the policy above applies.
